During her tenure at Finning International, the world's largest Caterpillar dealer and service provider, Erin led a CEO- and Board-sponsored global culture transformation strategy designed to connect psychological safety, respect, and inclusion with physical safety, leadership effectiveness, and business performance. In addition to developing and implementing a balanced scorecard, reporting, policies and processes, she partnered with internal and external teams to design and deploy programming to train, coach, and mobilize leaders and HR teams across three continents, six countries, and two languages. Her efforts drove a measurable shift in behaviours to embed new practices and strengthen the culture serving 15,000 employees — along with their clients, suppliers, families, and communities.
